I am hoping for some savings

Have you heard of those new productivity apps that you install on your iphone? They track your screen time, app usage, and how often you randomly pick up your iphone throughout the day just to see if there has anything new on the house screen.

  • I know that these apps are seriously powerful and supply a lot of useful information about our up-to-date ways of living.

I also know that a similar app needs to be developed for our indoor air temperature appliances. In the same way that to these apps encourage people to be more independent from their cell iphones, an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C application could discourage people from abusing their central heating and cooling systems throughout the day. If you are anything like me, you might be a bit obsessed with your indoor comfort. When I’m at home, I’m obsessed with being comfortable in my own space. I want ideal indoor air temperature conditions! Often times, rather than trying to moderate my own temperature with clothing changes or blankets, I will simply meander down the hallway and mess with my temperature control settings. I find that I do this so many times throughout the day, my poor central heating and cooling system gets put through its paces. It’s a bad habit, and it contributes to much higher utility bills each month, but I’m not sure how to be more mindful of my habitual temperature control checking. That’s why, I would appreciate if they could simply come up with an app that controlled your smart temperature control accessibility. Lock me out of my indoor air temperature control, and do me a favor.
