Updating Heating and A/C to more energy efficient model

|

I’ve lived in the same loft for over ten years, in addition to I have no plans of moving any time soon, but i enjoy the loft that I reside in; it’s a big split level house with big windows in addition to a ton of storage, in addition to best of all, it’s located in a charming wooded part so I have a ton of privacy in addition to charming scenery… My pet can run around in the yard in addition to enjoys rooting around down by the creek, and everything about the loft is perfect, except for the old Heating and A/C system which desperately needs to be replaced, however the heating in addition to cooling system has been here since I’ve resided in the house, in addition to I think it was in operation for at least another decade before I moved in.

I have been able to get by with the finicky heating system in addition to a/c so far, however there have been days that have undoubtedly worked on my patience.

The thermostat rarely reads out the typical indoor air temperature, in addition to I have to fiddle with the temperature controls for a while before I feel like the air conditions are right. I also deal with frequent a/c failures throughout the summer, in addition to need to reset the cooling unit to get it back into working order, but worst of all, I spend a ton of money on heating in addition to cooling my loft because the Heating and A/C Is not at all energy efficient… Now that I’m looking into replaced heating in addition to cooling systems, I am prioritizing the energy efficiency of both units in order to reduce my bi-weekly energy costs. The up-to-date boiler will keep me happily living here for various years to come.
