We now have a thermostat installed in each room that determines temperature in that specific space. Because of smart wireless technology, we can make adjustments to the thermostat from an app on our phones. Every family member is able to customize the temperature in their bedroom. Along with superior comfort and healthier breathing air, the new furnace and air conditioner have significantly reduced my monthly utility bills. I am hopeful to recover the initial investment within eight to ten years.
